Inven has raised $12.75M in Series A funding to build the AI backbone of private market deal sourcing. The round was led by Upfin (formerly Finch Capital), with participation from existing investors Maki.vc, Sisu Game Ventures, Business Finland, and several angel investors.
The funding will accelerate Inven’s mission to make private market intelligence faster, more accurate, and more actionable for M&A professionals worldwide.
